Devan's Aunts gave her a "Super Action Hero" baby shower last Thursday night. And look at the darling little super hero cape that Kelli made for Baby Conway! Now He just needs to be born...We can't wait!!!!
And a shout out to all of our wonderful family and friends who were so generous is giving so many gifts for Baby Conway. He doesn't need anything now!
Saturday night, Xander and Blue (Best Buddy/Cousins) spent the night and went to Church with us on Sunday. Don't they look handsome?
And we celebrated Carma's first birthday Sunday evening. Her Aunt Kelli made the crown and her Aunt Devan made her shirt! What a lucky little girl! Although she looks daunted at all the excitement around her at the time.

So here is Conway's crib bedding completed. It was fun to sew all together, but I didn't realize how hard it is to sew on so much black... You can't see a thing! anyway, Devan did a great job in picking out the letters and painting them for Conway's name on the wall. I think the whole "look" looks very modern and like Domino magazine-ish.
I am currently sewing a black and white striped cover for the changing table's mattress and Devan has several black baskets with black and white fabric linings to store all the baby's needs. Now we just have to wait for Conway's grand entrance!
These are the cute black and white patterned fabrics that Devan chose for her first baby "Conway's" nursery. I'm sure that it will take a few days to sew everything, but what fun it will be. I'll post/brag when I'm finished with all the pieces.
Look what my fun husband got us for our anniversary, a tandem bicycle! I'm so excited!
Well, we just didn't get our Christmas cards out this year as we couldn't think of anything clever, so this is what I did for a New Years card and now my printer is out of whack, so I might have to resort to Valentines day cards!!!!! anyway, happy new year. (sigh)
